(Here’s the continuation of your “Trust in the Lord” devotional with a thoughtful reflection and prayer:

Reflection

Trusting God is not always easy, especiall. y when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. But Scripture reminds us again and again that God is faithful, and His promises never fail. Trust is not passive—it’s active surrender. It means committing our ways to Him, pouring out our hearts, and believing that He is working all things together for our good.

When we trust in the Lord, we find peace that surpasses understanding, strength to endure, and joy in the waiting. Trust is the foundation of discipleship, and it grows stronger as we walk with Him daily.

Ask yourself:

  • Am I trusting God patiently?
  • Am I seeking Him or just my desires?
  • Am I surrendered to His will, even if it looks different than mine?

Let your trust be rooted in love, not just in outcomes. Trust Him because He is good, not just because you want something good.

🙏 Prayer

Heavenly Father,l
Thank You for being trustworthy and true. Help me to lean not on my own understanding, but to trust You with all my heart. Teach me to wait patiently, to seek Your will above my own, and to surrender every part of my life to You.
Give me peace in the waiting, strength in the trials, and joy in Your presence. May I walk in faith, knowing that You are always with me, guiding my steps and holding me close.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Reflection

Discipleship begins with recognizing our need for a Savior. We all fall short, yet God’s love reaches us in our brokenness. Through Jesus Christ, we receive forgiveness and the gift of eternal life—not because of our works, but because of His grace.

Being a disciple means more than believing—it means following. It’s a daily walk of surrender, growth, and sharing the Good News. As followers of Christ, we are called to walk in faith, grow in truth, and live lives that reflect His love.

Let us be rooted in Him, nourished by His Word, and committed to making disciples in our families, communities, and beyond

🙏 Prayer

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for Your amazing love and grace. I acknowledge my need for You and receive the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Help me to grow in faith, to walk in Your truth, and to share Your love with others. Strengthen me to be a faithful disciple, rooted in Your Word and led by Your Spirit.
May my life be a reflection of Your glory and a testimony of Your goodness.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Reflection

Peace with God is not something we earn—it’s a gift we receive. It begins with recognizing our need for forgiveness and accepting the grace offered through Jesus Christ. The steps to peace are simple, yet life-changing: admit, repent, believe, and receive.

When we take these steps, we move from separation to connection, from guilt to grace, and from fear to freedom. God’s love is not distant—it’s personal. He desires a relationship with us, not just a moment of belief, but a lifetime of transformation.

Ask yourself:

  • Have I truly received the gift of salvation?
  • Am I walking daily in the peace and presence of God?
  • Do I share this peace with others who need it?

🙏 Ending Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for making a way for me to have peace with You. I admit my need for You—I am a sinner in need of grace. I believe that Jesus died for me and rose again, and I receive Your gift of salvation.
Help me to walk in Your peace every day. Teach me to trust You, to follow You, and to share Your love with others. Let my life reflect the joy and freedom that comes from knowing You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
